For hotels, clickSPA provides a free marketing and management tool to fill unused spa capacity — including a booking calendar, dynamic pricing, ticketing system, and review functionality. The platform connects wellness hotels (B2B) with day guests (B2C) through a commission-based model (averaging 15%) — with no fixed costs for partner properties.

As a scalable SaaS solution with a clear focus on day wellness and a strong first-mover advantage, clickSPA is on its way to establishing itself as the leading marketplace for spontaneous spa bookings in the DACH region and beyond.
